Outstanding Hotel customer service helped me have a new key After i requested for help. The breakfast and food generally was great. Many of the staff I contacted were really pleasurable.

This hotel was truly centrally located and the staff on the reception were available at every time. The beds had been cozy and the other guests were being typically respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was ok.The air-con was on and off, leave it like that in the end. Extremely nice hotel and terrific area. Surely will endorse Phoenicia Express Hotel!

This hotel was really centrally positioned and the staff members on the reception were there at every hours. The beds ended up comfy and the other guests ended up generally respectful with each other so the atmosphere was how we like it.The air conditioning was off and on, couldn´t fix it at the end. Pretty great hotel and good location. I Absolutely recommend this hotel!

I have stayed for 4 days with my husband. Beds were comfortable and the room was normally pretty clean. The employees have been very helpful and welcoming and constantly made us feel good. Rooms are big as well as the closet. The bathroom was also very clean and also the shower was good. Not a very social hotel anyway, maybe was all along our stay.

I have booked the room for 5 nights with my husband. Beds were comfortable and the room was usually clean. Staff members were being incredibly helpful and pleasant and every day took care to make us feel welcome. Rooms are spacious along with the closet. Bathroom was pretty clean plus the shower was fantastic. Not an extremely social hotel anyway, maybe was all along our stay.
